Top show, full credit Mr Blakeman. It was that good, that I actually served him his latte's at the cafe.

I took my camera, but didn't get chance to use it- sorry.

Bought well & sold well. Great atmosphere, cheers Nigel

Yes, a very good morning - had a great time - met a few old friends and some members of this fine group.

Bought a great Fremlins Elephant cutout enamel and a couple of cracking tins.

In my mind still the best Advertising Collectors event there is!

Thanks for all the hard work to Alan and the team!

Yep,........good show, sold some tat and bought some nice items from fellow forum members. Good to put faces to some previously unknown forum members.

Lot of hard work goes into running all these shows so its up to us to support em

The food, beer and hospitality of the Yorkshire locals is second to none !!

Down south its hard enough to get a grunt out of anybody let alone " how are you ? hello again etc "

These shows are not to be missed and summat always turns up

Thanx  Alan from Emily & Me

Couldn't agree more. Alan and co put on a great show. They don't always get the praise they deserve. Great to meet new and old pals. Bought well, sold well. Great fair. What it's all about for me. Can't wait for the next one. Jez.

Those kind comments are much appreciated, and mean a great deal to me/ us. VERY easy to groan n mopan - seems far more difficult to praise or say thanks?

BMBC never make it easy for me, and every event is a tortuously difficult and stressful time, whilst they usually dream up somat else to charge me for? Maybe this year they will say they gave me the sunshine but to be honest av sold by bloody soul time and time again.

I appreciate all the support visitors and stallholders give me - keep on coming - and I'll keep on doing 'em! See you all in October 6/ 7.

Another GREAT summernational. Thanks to Alan and the BBR team who put in all the hard work to make this show what it is. Its now the 'one' show where we all get together and long may it last! Great to see familiar faces from all over the country - even Murray made his first visit from the West Country. Its not so much the buying and selling (which is very good) but more about the socialising and Elsecar is a fantastic little village to visit for a few days. Bought well and sold well + treated myself to this fab toffee tin for the collection ...thanks again Al & the crew. Soon came back to reality on Mon morning though - wet & windy Swinderby runway!!!

Cheers all

If I received every beer promised me Al I'd be drunker than I usually am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me - if most folk are happy with what/ how we present the Elsecar week-ends, then so am I.
