Sometimes the backs can really be a pleasure to see. This particular example hasn't seen an outside wall since the day it was made 110+ years ago.

Two very nice enamel signs..I know that ones for pastilles and the other for gums and their size is the same,but they are quite different  if you look close.."YAWN"..ill get me anorak..

here is one that we only found today, there is some writing on the back in the enamel smudge but so far we have only worked out the words 'this sign is the property of' .........'made in great britian'    does anyone know what the rest might say?
