gotta love his listing fees, not sure if buy it now fees are refundable- hilarious if not. Think he's trying to signpost the sign to the top of the highest price page for exposure. If you look in his details, he's asking for £280 ONO

With the fairly recent fee structure he's only paying  25 p or so !  That said its a blatant ad for " make me an offer " and I'll deal off ebay. So good value exposure for next to nothing......................What is REALLY ANNOYING AND PATHETIC !! is that ebay frequently remove genuine auctions for stupid reasons (ie) the word  ' new ' or ' not enamel ' etc, etc   yet they allow jokers like this to blatantly use ebay for virtual free worldwide advertising.
