We have seen some fine tins from other parts of the World .
However , I'm sure that we can all agree that Britain has produced many of the worlds best examples of lithography and design on Advertising tins .

I'll start this off with a tin that I have previously posted , because I think it deserves a place here .

I can take or leave H&P tins most of the time, but this is, like, well awesome (to quote my younger nephew).

Dad's got a mega boer war tin that I'll photograph later.

In my mind the Fire Brigade tin is one of the most appealing of the H and P tins .
Probably one of the best tins made and a perfect example of  British advertising .

It speaks well of British Lithographed tins that after a century of use, they can still be so appealing . Thanks for showing that one Rusty . It's one I have been one step behind for a number of years .

Cook Junior , I agree with your nephew .
Your military tin is indeed " well awesome " . Great period images and in realy good shape . As we say here  "  'nawesome"

Early Keens Mustard tin showing Empire scenes
There were many variations of these Empire tins
This one is of particular interest to the Australian collector with the " Bullock teams "
