I Like you auctions, but your office staff are pretty hard work. I've never had such poor service in all my auction days. You have one full-time lady that is a legend of evil

Hi Pete,

Did your banter with her go wrong? lol

Had excellent service my end in all fairness, but I have the odd auction entry on ebay where I must come across as the most incapable seller in the universe despite 100's of happy transactions!

Cheers

Al.

Thank you Al for your comments,

Pete, I am saddened to hear that you feel less than 100% happy in dealing with us at Richard Edmonds Auctions. We have always prided ourselves on going that extra mile to make the auction process as smooth as possible. I would very much like to hear from you to try and resolve any issue you may have. There are only two full time female members of staff one of which is my sister and the other is my fiancé. They are both committed to this business and would never willingly cause anyone offence. Please do give me a call and I would be delighted to chat with you.

With regards

Richard Edmonds

A couple of experiences I have had with Richard Edmonds:

The first one I went to at Castle coombe, 2 1.2 years ago, I felt that they were understaffed as the queue to pay for items was very long and I waited over an hour to get to near to the counter. When about 4 from the front the computers crashed and we were told to come back, I decided I had waited long enough so waited some more.

The second expereince was far better when they sold my 1951 Desoto convertible. It reached the reserve, payment was received in quick time and everything went very smoothly. At this same auction I bought a sign and Tora was very helpful as I never had a bidding number, she sorted everything out and is a friendly helpful person.

My third experience came when I recommended them to a friend who wanted to sell his car, again Tora was very helpful even though we were tight on the deadline for entries she took the details and pics etc, got the car in the brochure and although it never sold everything went very well.

I would recommend the company to anyone looking to sell cars or automobillia and having always dealt with Tora or Richard senior, I found them very helpful.

Just my 2 pennies worth
