Well done, Horder. This is an odd one, because I bid 1,850 USD back in June, but the vendor rejected my offer. I guess you must have just caught him at the right time, and maybe this shows its a good idea to persevere with these old chestnuts and submit offers regularly. Great sign - would look good displayed next to MacDonalds 'Kilty Brand' Tobacco sign!

Thanks Dunc, The strange thing is I was also chasing that Ramsomes sign at Prestons quite a few years back, but my offer was too low and I forgot about it. I also have one of those (without the medals version) large coloured Frys Five Boys in the loft awaiting restoration, similar tastes I guess.

Fantastic sign Hoarder.
