Hi all, new to the site and was just wanting some expert advise, can someone give me a rough price guide on this 1st edition 5 Boys sign, it's the one on an all white back ground before Frys added the Makers to the Queen / Royal emblam. The sign is pretty good condition, the faces are 95% perfect but has had previous poor restoration to the white back ground

Just worked out how to add a picture - here it is, will take a picture out of the frame too when it's had a good clean up, it's been framed for about 30 years!

£1000ish maybe??? I've never come across one that has sold, did a bit of research and it is the 1st sign that Frys did with the famous 5 boys on, probably circa 1890 to 1900 so I guess for 110 years old it's pretty good condition

Nice thing but prefer the later dark blue background version , never owned 1 but reckon wifey might have it in the kitchen so on the look .. Those old ones always look bit worn but go far mega bucks I expect ..anyhow back to my red wine ... Ciggy
