My daughter has just finished a degree (with first class honours!) for Fashion Design for Performance.

She has specialised in making corsets and I was wondering if there are any known enamel signs for this, or vintage ladies fashion shops?

TIA

Vigman

There is a large pictorial enamel sign for P & S Corsets in a very Art Nouveau style showing the image of a lady wearing the said garment - very risqué for the day but it was a stylised image rather than an actual human figure. There are images of this sign in the various Street Jewellery publications but I do have one of these actual signs buried in the garage somewhere, so unless someone else posts up a picture first I'll will dig it out and photograph it for you over the weekend. Steve

Wow...thank you all so much. (I have health problems that sometimes keep me away from the computer for a few days on occasions, hence the delay in replying)

I wish I could find some like this, they are fantastic!!!!

What would I expect to pay for the P&S Corset sign, or similar, if I were lucky enough to come across one?

TIA
