Has anyone used this product from the US for removing rust from old enamel/metal signs?

It looks to be very good, but I don’t want to risk irreparably damaging a sign.

It may be best to stick with the old fashioned method of using:

• Lemon juice and baking soda
• Bar Keepers Friend and water

Anyone else with any tried and tested methods of dealing with sign rust?
