Picked up this painted cast metal sign recently.  It measures eight by ten and a quarter inches, the white on the flag stands proud.  The price tickets inside are for the price of a gallon of petrol in the 60's, so it was obviously still in use then.  Four holes on one side for it to fit onto a bracket.  The opening "window" has got glass in it, which remakably has survived unscathed.

Yes, Im fairly certain it's cast aluminium. No doubt about it being genuine though, not made up by someone.  It's for the off, as I don't collect motoring stuff.

I found a picture of one of these on the vintage garage website, with it's paper insert.  Anybody know where I might be able to get a paper insert for mine?  Apparently it's acually called a pump pricing plate.
