Would be kinda cool to hook up the garden hose inside so you could wash your car with the pump nozzle. Might get some bystanders worried though.

I just found out it is a holiday rental, or at least part of it is. It's quite a large building.

I'm in Rustington, this place is in East Preston about a mile away.

I stumbled across this on the net a while back. It was originally a petrol station that has been converted into flats. If I can find the link I'll post it.

The Avery Hardols are original to the building..

The Daily Mail did a feature on it. Amazing vision from the developers and very worthwhile preservation of a beautiful building.
