had a dodgy   sign  but   decided to cut  instead  of  adding  on,,,,,,, i reckon  a few  folk  have done this to this  common  sign,,

I've a few of these that would lend themselves well to this treatment but i can never bring myself to do it! but you've made a nice neat job there.

the best cut was a wafer thin cutting disc,,,,,,,, very little enamel loss......... unsure about drilling holes now,,,,,,

G'day Eddy, I have done it before by using a burring head on an air tool, when you have cleared enough area for the drill bit, it's safe to drill.
