Already over half full.
Have today just taken a brand new booking for TWO wall stalls =- always in demand.... "skates" & "on" if you're wanting a stall!!
Stallholder booking form….. & a few smiley faces…………. plus perhaps one of the stars for the April auction - the original photo sent to BBR, taken out of a box of bottles it had been in since the 1950's - "saved" after a BBR article in The Times!!!
And so it goes on & on…. Just when you think you've seen it all (well, I never really think that) then this incredible small size McNish water jug (Dunn Bennett p.m.) - a recent "incredible find….." (story in next BBR) comes into the office this morning. What a great start to the week, for sure, and surely destined to be the 'star' water jug in April - perhaps?
Nice swirly ink catalogued today……
Workmen have started to lay the matting to allow all year round use of the field opposite the Heritage Centre for overflow parking. About time - but muchly appreciated.
One of the great delights @ BBR is you just never know what will turn up next ……. I don't recall ever seeing one of these delightful pressed clear glass scallop shaped change trays before - wonderful piece… must be fairly rare?
Fella drove all the way from Kent this morning to drop this delightful Milk Pail off for Sunday 26th April sale - kicked the day off well. Later a chap comes in from Blackpool with a "good number" of highly varied eye baths. Maybe not so 'hot' @ the mo' but there's enough there to satiate the market for a bit - freeblowns, great colours etc. Tip top week so far!
Big Antiques Fair on site today - but will try to get a few more taster pics on here, or tomorrow….
Some of the Saturday 500+ lo offering…..
A cracking spread of material in the 500+ lot Saturday Unreserved auction offering' - single & bulk lots - pre-order the full colour FREE pdf off: www.onlinebbr.com
Some of the belting coloured minerals & patents offering in the Sunday 26th April auction… and some good ones in the Saturday sale too.
The catalogue is at the printers - ALL will be posted out Friday 20th March. Email: sales@onlinebbr.com to check if your subs are paid up (need name & postcode)…. A truly splendiferous spread across both days….. long may it continue to be so….
