Found two 30s motor cycles in a old basement today,both need total restoration,,GREEVES AND A FRANCIS BARNETT,,,+ A FRAME AND PARTS COULD BE THREE.

 The bikes are very rough been in a wet basement last tax disc 1951,I took som dark pics with my touch and my iPad,,,,can't upload pics on here with my iPad.  It's amazing what's still to be found up on the North Yorkshire moors.

 I might do that Ross,see what they ar like when I get them into the daylight,,,I have ridden all the old British bikes in my younger days,to old now can't stand the cold,,still got my bike licence though,,the plate on one of these is  KVE 405 I think registered in Coventry in the early 30s,,can't get to the other one looks like a greeves ,,villers two stroke engine.

 The later Francis barnetts were called after birds,the plover,,the shitehawk ect,,it's a lot earlier than those models.

 There's a sign behind the bikes ,the red Lyon,,I am sure there's a bp winner behind that.or maybe my eyes are deceiving me it's dark down here.
