Shame its NOT enamel, but a nice early plate nonetheless. ITC no. is 5805a, 

Bacco, about what date is that please ?

 Hi Lummox,

Nice finger-plate late 1920s. I assume it is glass and great that they survive. I have posted mine which I have now put in a frame.
