San Juan Cap Original Painting / Sign
If was crafted by a man from Tustin, CA between 1998-2004. He made the whole piece, meant to lo look old.

I'm trying to find out who the artist is.

Hi Truman,
I suspect this is not the forum for you. We are (mainly) UK based and we collect original old advertising pieces etc.
