Don't know why I should know BUT the link may be that I believe the first " MILK " chocolate was made by a Swiss chap called " Peter " before that around 1880 from memory Chocolate was 'dark ' anyway if you ask Tykey he will know cos he was around then !!

Nice sign by the way love the lettering
