 Hi Tom with the Maxim machine gun made around the mid 1880s,and the gold medals,I would say you have a rare and interesting sign there well done,,I tend to buy signs I have not seen before.

 I think you're about right on the date Tom,,in this case I think the damage adds to its charm,,can't be many of those survived.

 Hi Tom,with me been a lifelong antique firearms collector there's something about that sign that grabs my attention ( although I hate machine guns with a vengeance  ) I would gladly frame it and hang it on my wall.nice find.
