Hi folks, thought I would start a thread offering some advice to dealing with the difficulties with ebay.
I suppose lesson one is that if you want to sell something outside ebay and someone has asked you a question about it, do not cancel the listings. Ebay will come down on you pretty hard. Even if you do not sell the item to the person asking the question. Do not remove an item that has a question about it, simple as. You are better just replacing the pictures with something that is obviously wrong.
