In case anybody missed it, on tonights antiques roadshow there is an interesting piece on some old chocolate bars. You can watch it on BBC i player.

Was the valuation of approx £30 each about right?

I wasn't convinced she knew that much about them.

Nah, she was talking cobblers.  The Five boys is worth a lot more than 30 quid, and some of the others too.  Don't really know what she's doing on there, as she knows nothing about the value of items.  When something's featured in the Millers guide, they ask the contributor to put a value on it, because they've got no idea themselves.

downhere in Oz we get old reruns of the roadshow . i think that the idea is that the program has to be entertaining all the non collectors I know that wach it think it's marvelous that they find so many very valuable items.. I think that thay are a bunch of wankers (am I allowed to say that?) have litttle real knowedge about real objects and are there just for show.
