 As a new collector of enamel signage was amazed to see a sign valued at £10-15 K ,was a nice looking BP called the Winner,the guy payed a tenner for it twenty odd years ago from a junk shop,don't always agree with AR valuations so if you saw the programme what do you reckon ?

Welcome to the forum, We discussed this at some length when the original AR aired about a year ago. A few of us were present at a now famed auction where a BP Winner went for £31K yes Thirty - one thousand Pounds including auction fees !

Motoring is still hot and although this sign is not everybody's cup of tea I would guess there are still quite a few people who would give it a home at around £15kor perhaps even a little more

So.....keep saving !!

Thanks Lummox didn't realise was a repeat,31K Wow that's massive,I've not got much money to spend on signs so am deploying cunning ways to collect more.
So far I have 3 original signs,a nice double sided Alladin Pink paraffin,a tatty double sided Wills Woodbine/star & a large ( 3ft x5ft ) Lyons tea .They are all for decoration in my Tractor shed & have cost me £0 pounds so far,but I'm realising my £200 smackers is not going to go very far so will be focusing on the tatty I'm afraid.

IHavent got a pic of the one on the roadshow if that's what you meant,did try to post a pic of my Lyons sign but it wouldn't let me ,didn't accept the file ( on iPad ) anyone tell me how to post a pic please
