Hello All

I know these are not the usual premier league examples shown here, but I’m giving them both a home anyways. I guess I just have a soft spot for needy patina signs!
 
Out of curiosity are these common to find variants of these enamels?

Two nice signs Phoneguy that deserve a good home..That Tower Tea would of been a Screamer..Thanks for showing

Nice signs despite their condition and neither that common, lovely design and lay out to the Frys , .... which dates after 1911 and before 1925 i guess

I've been looking for a real nice one of that Tower Tea for awhile, probably one of my favorite signs. Great image !

Many thanks and cheers guys. I'll keep looking and adopting them when I find them.

Apparently the Tower Tea was a recent barn find - I do like em barn fresh!

A serious question: should I consider having the Tower Tea restored? or is it really too far gone to even consider doing this? and besides maybe best to keep it honest as it is.

Simon in my humble opinion if you had that Tower Tea sign restored a) You would end up with a painting and ... b) if done well would probably cost you 3 times the value of the sign !!
