I wonder what the most someone has paid for 1/2 or 2/3rds of a sign, This one just plopped on, and flew off ebay for £395

Still worth having though Ross, bearing in mind just how rare it is! |

I wouldn't have it even if it was free. I really don't like this sign, gives me bloody nightmares!! |

I'm not convinced it did sell though . When you see the price in green numbers with a line across it , very often the item will re-appear. And even if it did , it's still an overpriced, dodged-up sign . |

I’ve got one of these ...it’s my favourite sign ‘eye’ think. Bought it in 1988 for £30. |

Trixie When you see an item that sells on ebay with a green price with a line thru it , it means this.... The item was a Buy it Now with offers, and the item was sold with an offer (ie) £400 BIN with Offers that sells for £375, The final result will show as green £400 with a line through it. Only the buyer and seller will know the exact figure, although it is possible with a bit of knowledge to find out almost the exact price. A green price means there was no Offers allowed so BIN only or it was a BIN with Offers but someone gave the full price I once had a BIN item at £100 or offers & someone honestly offered £115 ??????????? Strangely I accepted LOL lummox |

If you say so, Ross. Personally , I'm not so sure. No doubt time will tell. Especially when the buyer realises they've only bought 2/3rds of a sign. With questionable white restoration as well. It,'s alright at a certain price, but nearly £400 seems plenty to me . |

Great sign Marcus , quite tall as well , can see how someone might buy not realising there’s the bottom bit to it. |
