Good stuff. In the last two or three years my missus has found the following in a charity shop. Two first edition Harry Potters, missed the peak but still got 500 each for them at auction. A first edition Wealth of Nations / Adam Smith, a bit dogeared so only scraped 2k. And last week, £80 in cash in the side pocket of an old handbag. Other nice finds too numerous to mention. The sad part of this tale is that she is the manager of said charity shop and honest as the day is long!
