Hi, I bought in october an unusual shell enamel sign, does anyone know where it was used on ? side of a trolley, tram ? train advertising ? side of a truck ? on a race track or race vehicule ?

the sign is written in french ( came from Belgium, France or Switzerland ? ) I bought it near brussels. it's in 2 part ( not cut out from a larger sign ) each part is 13 cm x 110 cm

signs says "shell oil make engine last longer" I think it's from the 1930-1940
