The cloth version Spence speaks about is actually a child's soft toy . So maybe the           protusion on the back of his head is where a child probably grabbed hold and carried it  about .

 He sold all his stuff off Mick . Signs , fruit machines , all sorts of stuff he had , I think it was taking his life over in the end . He was a "character" , for sure .
