 Not seen this unusual match holder/striker advertising Royal Crown Cigars before, made by Ajax Advertising Novelties Philpot Lane London. The adverts date from 1902 to 1907, but can't find any information regarding the cigars.

In the absence of bacco, I hope this may be of use to you. Royal Crown was a trade name of both D Macgregor & Sons, and the Irish firm of William Clarke. So it must be from either of these companies. Other than that, I can't say.
