I video items prior to despatch (have the tv on BBC news inthe background)

...even to the extent of videoing when I package the item. This helps to stop the "not as described" being used by those who simply have a change of mind. It swiftly stopped such a claim from a guitar I recently sold. I am a private seller /buyer so a change of  mind or try before you buy is not an option as far as I am concerned. I am reluctant to sell high value items anymore.

regards

I have recording my conversations with paypal as it always seems to me that I'm the one getting ripped off buyer or seller I can't seem to win while people are constantly causing me unwarranted grief!

Videoing is a good idea, but should we bother if it has to come to this?

A new international seller agreement has come out. Very hard to find on the site, but if you relist an item on the ebay webpage itself it pops up and then you can use turbo lister again.

Cheers

Al.
