I may have lost all my IT skills, but I can't seem to find any enamel signs on invaluable webiste with out finding, just a load of irrelevant junk?

Any hints or tips?

I still get the notifications OK for my preferences - even if they are in a foreign language so work that one out! Sorry I don't know how I first managed to get this info through and I'm a bit reluctant to do any changes seeing as it works OK.
