It is a paper label and all in green.  The front says Ingleside Blend, Coates Coleman, Philadelphia, PA and on the side it says "Factory No. 1, 2d District, State of Virginia".

Is there anyway to date this based on the factory?  I have searched everywhere and can't find another example of this tin - there is litterally not a single mention of this on Google.

Has anyone seen this before and any idea on the age?

I didn't think much about it and threw it up on eBay last night when I found it starting at $1, but now I'm wondering if this is actually pretty rare as I can't find another.
