These"Otto De Rose" cigarettes were hand made and classed as 10 Luxuries manufactured by Thomas Ogden of Liverpool. Originally produced and sold by weight in 1894 and then in tins in 1897. Not sure of the origin of the name but quite a rare tin.

The Civilised world.
