Saw the sign yesterday and it was right, just a mistake with the die cut and looked like the top edge had been gone round with a file.

I have seen this fault in repro's coming on Ebay Germany form a seller in Australia. Will post a link next time I see one. A photo in focus would have helped your sale a great deal, but again. Apologies to all involved.
