Hello to everyone.

After collecting for just over 11 years I have come to the point of saying, "S..t, where will I put my signs now? The walls are getting jam packed and I am often asked, "Where the hell do you get all this stuff, you must have been going all your life?

The standard answer is, "Thank God for the internet and connections overseas, particularly the UK, where all the really first class signs are hiding. So, what do I do now, build another shed or do something sensible, like buying shares or investing in superannuation funds?

How could I say, "Come and have a look at my share portfolio, or perhaps, want to see my Government Bonds?" I think not and as long as my backside points to the ground the answer is clear. Keep looking and keep hunting as you never know what is around the next corner. Recently I was shearing some sheep for a lady and I noticed several Peters Ice Cream signs just covered in sparrow droppings in a shed but alas as soon as I showed some interest they suddenly came became very important to her. As Gordo would say "LET THE SEARCH CONTINUE"

Attached are a few snaps of the fully adorned walls.

Regards, Rustycutters

Great stuff Gerorge, I'm having the same problem, the wife is determined not to let the collection spread to another room.

The walls may be groaning George, but the ceiling is calling you - look at all that room. Any port in a storm as they say. In my garage I'm considering boarding up the windows to create more sign space - how desperate is that? Failing that Enamels1000 has had a good clear-out in his loft, you could ship some extras over on long-tern loan. Love that Tippers by the way.

Hi George,  Fantastic, I cant wait to drop in & have a good look. I love the "Donald" sheep sign. What a coorker.  I can help you make some more space on the walls if ya want to get rid of some bad signs.  See ya in Ballarat  Daryl

Fantastic George,

I spent 30 years collecting then called a halt. My hall, stairs and guest bedroom are jam packed. I drew the line at hanging them in the lounge and dining room.

Not sure they were that good an investment, but I may be surprised one day. Besides I did not buy them to make a lot of money.
