I picked this up last week, not really my cup of tea, but seemed to be worth having, Paper on tin complete with card inner wrapper. lable inside lid reads about due to the scarcity of metal and national economy the empty tin had a redemption value of 3 annas etc. is about 4 1/2" long, Has anyone an idea of date?

This company manufactured cigarettes in Bombay, Calcutta and Delhi. They had agents/distributers in London via Stanley Web & Co. One of their earliest brands was White Tower in 1899. A very desirable packet amongst collectors. I agree with AL about date.
