I have watched this twice. Also read a few books about what happened to this once great company. First KRAFT started changing the recipes, (KRAFT make that plastic cheese). They then broke promises about factory closures.
KRAFT off loaded Cadburys to Mondelez who debased it even further : - rounded chunks, Creame Egg is now sugary, oilly muck, more palm oil added to everything, pensioner ex-employees had their Christmas box of chocolates stopped - that must have saved a lot of money ! I could go on.
The Green & Blacks founder now regrets selling his firm to Cadbury.
Result : shit, cheap, nasty chocolate. I don't buy Cadbury brands anymore.
