This is another Murray's pipe tobacco which they were famous for and in particular, their better known tobacco's were Erinmore-Craven and Dunhill. The company had been manufacturing tobacco from 1810. Carreras took over Murray & Sons in 1953 and in 1967 bought a controlling interest in Alfred Dunhill Ltd and in 1972 Rothmans bought out Carreras and moved the whole of the manufacturing to Belfast. In 2005 the business was sold to B.A.T and the Belfast factory was closed down. I think this "SEASHELL" brand was short lived as I can only find one reference to it in a Singleton & Cole 1920s price list.
