I'm sure they're amazing in their own way but just something about the foreign signs not so appealing to me. They're too self consciously over designed or something. They look more like posters than signs.

That is what we call Advertising ART.

So you probably dont like the Phillips's Tea, An Officer and a Gentleman, Webb's seed factory, Rowntree's factory,  Hutchinsons Tire cat, Idris Mineral water, BP Winner, Britisch Dominians. Or should i say ALL PICTORIAL SIGNS?

Brexit it is !!!

Just kidding. Everybody is in tittle to there own opinion and taste.

This small Rowntree's is not far off mint with a really deep gloss. No restoration of any sort. I like the green versions better than the blue for some reason? Great pictorials there Langcat. Always good to see continental signs on here and compare to them to ours. Its all a matter of individual taste. As an ex-professional Graphic Artist I appreciate all forms of advertising and Graphic Gesign.

Come on folks... more chocolate PLEASE?

I wonder if there is there a continental version of a certain hugely popular British enamel sign advertising a certain brand of Huntley & Palmers biscuits?
The GOTA Choklad does seem similar in design to some Morse's Distemper signs.
...Keep em coming Langcat
