I absolutely love the Phillip's Tea sign etc. I'm just interested in what it is that I find aesthetically different about foreign signs. It's really nothing to do with me being a Brexit supporting knucklehead or whatever. The continental signs are very beautiful in their own way but there's just a certain almost primitive quality to early British signs which I find most interesting. But differences in taste/judgement is one of the things that makes this forum so interesting!
