Ay Yi Yi, what on earth was is listed under??

Might find the seller pulls the old ‘no longer available’ or ‘damaged’ card and cancels the sale.

Yes ....it would'nt have slipped thru at 99p I very much doubt. Seller agreed to an offer outside of ebay BUT " Sold " at 99p to avoid fees.

Ciggy is this one of your snaffles ? c'mon own up

The listing just said there was one bid at 99p It's not like the listing was ended and then put up again, just one bid on original listing. It's happen to me in the past, where you assume everyone will be watching, so the sign will go for good money, after the auction realise others were maybe thinking the same thing ?

probably ten years ago I bid on a United sign, like one pictured, only the larger 4ft neon version. Anyway I end up as the highest bidder at US$220, absolute bargain, seller wouldn't send invoice because he knew it was worth a lot more, but didn't put a reserve on his listing. long story, short, he got reported to Ebay and shit does sneek through cheap.

Afraid not Gordo !!

A little bit of digging shows it got got snaffled !! as ebay auctions don't run for just under 37 minutes.

If you check the bid history it started at 9.14 and 58 seconds at 99p

And was bought with a Best Offer ( Lol ) of 99p at 9.51 and 32 seconds - same day - plus whatever was agreed in the off ebay deal
