Going back a long time now, I recall Mick Blackburn of Bluebell Railway 'fame', finding a farm silo in Sussex, surrounded with the two versions of Royal Ediswan signs, I can imagine the moment of actually finding them, there's nothing like it. Rich |

That is a vision of beauty…!
Similar question to Ciggys question on band colours, does anyone know the significance of the 2 sign sizes of Cats? (I know Spence has explained this to me before – but I’ve forgotten)
- 36” x 18” (narrow version)
- 36” x 24” (version)
Similar to the band colours, is one size more common than the other? I've got a narrow one and not seen many of these around.
Thanks
Si

Since realising that there were red as well as the green bands, I've always looked out for the colours, but never seen an orange one! |

Couold be just the red faded as i haven't seen a packet either. Anyone seen a slim red mild version? I have my red label cat downstairs and the colours are much darker than the green ones. Certaily the one to go for in my opinion. Eddy was a nice guy, sad loss. Cheers Al. |
