Hi, I totally agree with your comments, scammers and fraudsters are a cancer thats getting worse  in our hobby and it takes tke fun out of  it    Some times you buy with your heart instead of your head and when you get home the worry sets in that what you have just bought is it genuine or not and it takes the edge off the thrill of the purchase.

So yes i am all for any thing that  will help stop these cheats !

Regards Keith.

Lummox, the problem is that Ebay and Paypal think they are God and don't have to answer to anybody. But the reality is that they do have to follow the laws of the land, regardless what they believe. I was talking to a guy at Bendigo swapmeet, he told me the same thing happened to him, which you described, only thousands of dollars were involved. He could prove that he had sent the item and that the item was received, therefore of course he won his small claims court case against Paypal. I think people think it's too hard to do anything with this faceless monster, it's hard enough just trying to contact them.
