Hi Phone Guy . Is it possible you're over-thinking this hanging of enamel signs.Best to have a simple plan I think I start with the 9 foot ones ,garden wall , then the six-footers ,ditto then 5 foot ones and so on. Always do the big ones first ,when you still have the strength to lift them . Then you can chuck any size you want up , but don't try and fit a portrait sign in a landscape hole .Honestly ,just muddle them up ,you don't want it too arty-farty . It's not like it's the National Gallery and you're hanging "The Death of Actaeon" or something on the wall . I'll get the boss to post a couple of pics for you .
